HIIT Pilates at Evolve with Melinda Louise – FIT HIIT Pilates
‘4 Week Power Burst’ is designed to build strength, tone and sculpt your body, increase flexibility and promote mental and emotional wellbeing. Each one hour session finishes with breathwork and meditation to invite tranquility, release tension and enhance clarity, connection and balance.
WHEN: Mondays & Wednesdays 5.30pm. Starts Monday 15 April – Wednesday 8 May (4 weeks/8 classes)

As always, classes will be safe, supportive, inclusive and offered from a down-to-earth perspective, with the aim of inspiring you to learn and grow in your practice, and maintain focus and momentum towards achieving your goals.

HIIT Pilates is ‘high intensity interval training’ working with Pilates principles of control to build core strength, muscle tone and flexibility. The course will combine the strength training aspects of traditional Pilates to work the different muscle groups, with short bursts of cardio to burn calories. This practice is designed to build on and increase your strength and flexibility as you tone and sculpt your body. Each session finishes with stretching and mindful meditation to promote mental clarity and enhance emotional and spiritual wellbeing.
