5 Week Body Sculpt – Fit Hiit Pilates
5 Week Body Sculpt’ is designed to tone and sculpt your body, whilst building core strength, improving muscle tone and definition, increasing flexibility and enhancing wellbeing. Each one hour session finishes with breathwork and meditation to release tension, invite tranquility and inspire clarity, connection and balance.
WHEN: Mondays & Wednesdays 5.30pm. Starts Monday 20 May – Wednesday 20 June (5 weeks/10 classes)
As always, classes will be safe, supportive, inclusive and offered from a down-to-earth perspective, with the aim of inspiring you to learn and grow in your practice, and maintain focus and momentum towards achieving your goals.

HIIT Pilates is ‘high intensity interval training’ working with Pilates principles of concentration, control, centre, breath, precision and flow to build core strength, muscle tone and flexibility. The course will combine the strength training aspects of traditional Pilates to work the different muscle groups, with short bursts of cardio to burn calories. This practice is designed to build on and increase your strength, muscle tone and flexibility as you tone and sculpt your body. Each session finishes with stretching and mindful meditation to promote mental clarity and enhance emotional and spiritual wellbeing.
