FIT HIIT Pilates – 4 week pop-up class
HIIT Pilates is ‘high intensity interval training’ working with Pilates principles of control to build core strength, muscle tone and flexibility. These classes will combine the strength training aspects of traditional Pilates to work the different muscle groups, with short bursts of cardio to burn calories. This practice is designed to build and increase your strength and flexibility as you tone and sculpt your body. Each session finishes with stretching and mindful meditation to promote mental clarity and enhance emotional and spiritual wellbeing.
Pop in for a casual class $20/class or commit for four weeks for only $70.
