Bring your body & leave your mind at the door. Ecstatic Dance allows us to connect deeply to ourselves, to let go of deeply ingrained inhibitions and cultivates an experience of pure truth & joy.

In her pursuit of Genuine Connection, she has found Ecstatic Dance, Poetry, shared Food & Music to be short circuits. Ella’s intention is to integrate these practices into the community wherever possible in sober settings to cultivate a sense of belonging for those who are seeking Genuine Connection with both themselves & others.
