Dance & Dessert is a 1hr Ecstatic Dance + Connection Circle w/ complimentary Herbal Tea & your choice of optional raw, vegan, GF desserts that are completely guilt-free & delectable!
With a background in Health-foods, Ella hand makes all her raw treats with the cleanest ingredients available: made from nuts, dates, superfoods, spices, citrus & maple syrup to sweeten.
Shared in Circle with Herbal Tea after our dance, we enjoy one another’s company before heading back out into the world.
Ecstatic Dance is a grounding practice that brings us back to our centre joyfully, in a sacred, non-judgmental space. It is an opportunity for self expression and embodiment. We dance alone together, & collectively shift into a state of Gratitude and Joy.

In her pursuit of Genuine Connection, she has found Ecstatic Dance, Poetry, shared Food & Music to be short circuits.
