Join Meaghan & Melinda for a 6 week offering combining the benefits of Yoga, meditation and HIIT Pilates for optimal strengthening, toning, mobility, flexibility and of course the best part mental wellbeing!
Every week will consist of a HIIT Pilates class and a Yoga and meditation class so you get the best of both worlds taught by two truly passionate teachers. Essentially it is TWO beginners courses offered side by side, so that YOU get to really benefit from consistent practice which will help you form a healthy habit of movement and mindfulness.
Perhaps you are not a beginner but are curious about trying a new movement practise but don’t want to give up the one you are already doing. Or maybe it’s been awhile since you have jumped on the mat and you are feeling the call to return to your body. Whatever the reason… we invite you!
Here is what your investment will get you;
12 classes – 1 x Pilates and 1 x Yoga & Meditation class per week for six consecutive weeks
HIIT refresh with Melinda Louise
This six week beginners’ course enables you to experience all the benefits of HIIT Pilates in a supportive and fun environment. Combining strength training and cardio, HIIT Pilates will increase core strength, muscle tone and flexibility, while burning calories and transforming your body.
Yoga & Meditation with Meaghan Collins
Think of this as a Beginners (or it’s been awhile) Yoga course. Learn the fundamentals of practise and explore how Yoga & Meditation can leave you feeling stronger, more flexible, more stable and more connected in both your body and your mind. These classes are offered in a safe and supportive environment and will challenge you while also teaching you how to modify poses to suit your body. Meditation will also be offered in a way that is practical and achievable.
When : Monday’s 5.30pm Pilates & Wednesday’s 5:30pm Yoga & Meditation, for six weeks, starting 15 January 2024.
