The Body Sculpt Project
Calling all genders, all ages – The project is you!
If you have been thinking that you want to be more
active, find a natural way to relieve pain or just feel good about how you are treating yourself then
this is for you! By the end of the 6 weeks you will notice how your body has sculpted a new shape
through improved posture and balance, lengthened and toned muscles and reduced stiffness and
tight spots.

project that offers you 3 evening sessions to attend, perfect for decompressing your spine and
opening up your hips before you go to bed. You’ll be amazed how much better that you sleep when
you don’t have stored up tension causing discomfort.

Each session will include;
Mobility exercises and flows working from our neck right down to our toe joint mobility
A short but high intensity Pilates workout focusing on one area – glutes, core or upper back
Deep static stretching to lengthen our muscles, aid recovery and increase blood flow through gentle
breathwork as we hold positions.
