This magical process utilises the phenomenal modality of SP Hypnosis where I communicate directly with your Superconscious mind to cleanse and balance each of your 7 main chakras as well as your earth star chakra right up to your 12th chakra where you enter the realm we call Divine.

Here you are able to access your Higher Self and receive messages.
We will ensure the energies are flowing cleanly through each chakra to allow connection to Mother Earth and Source energy.

What to expect:
After a beautiful welcome into the space you will lay down and enjoy a beautiful relaxation. Everyone experiences it a bit differently….some see lights, others colours and shapes, some people feel the cleanse with a beautiful warmth or tingle….however you experience this is perfect for you.
It is very gentle, peaceful and safe experience, much like a deep guided meditation. You will just follow my voice into a gorgeous trance.

The important thing to remember about hypnosis is that all hypnosis is self hypnosis. By that I mean I am just facilitating through your Superconscious mind while you are following along. You may opt out at any time. (This is very rare you will want to do this!)

This session is a magical Spiritual process and I will call in your beautiful Spirit Guides for support and I do channel Light Language throughout to support the energy flowing through and I use my favourite Tibetan Singing Bowl to accompany this cleanse.
It is unlike any other chakra cleanse you have experienced.

The process is about 45 minutes and we will have a debrief at the end to bring you back into your bodies and ready to step into the day ahead.
