‘Sense-u-all evening’
When we live in our minds, we are often rushing forward organising future plans, or weighed down analysing past experiences. When we take a journey through our senses, we enter into our bodys. We be and become in the present moment.
Join us for an intimate evening tasting, smelling, hearing, seeing, sensing your body, by drawing on elements and practices of meditation, eco-somatics, restorative yoga, Qi-gong, Tai Chi, yoga asana, free movement, embodiment, sound healing, nervous system regulation, dance.
In this experience, all of you is encouraged to be given permission in this space. In the same breath, everything will be invitational, built on a foundation of safety and tender curiosity.
Sensuality, that is our ability to perceive through our senses, is not only our portal to this body, and it is also the embodied reminder of our belonging within the wider body, to access our deepest truth.
