MORNING MOBILITY 5 WEEK COURSE

Finding movement in your body early in the morning is the perfect way to set yourself up for good
quality movements throughout your day. Everyone wakes up feeling a little stiff after a night of sleep
and if you don’t stretch it out then you carry that tension around with you all day. Each class of the
week will gently move through our joints – increasing range of movement, creating balance and
releasing tensions.

Neck – Shoulders – Spine – Wrists – Hips – Ankles/Toes

Not to be confused with a deep stretch class – mobility exercises will get your heart rate up and
bring heat into the body. As the weeks go on, I will introduce more challenging positions and
mobility flows. As well as this I will show you mobility moves that can be done whilst sitting on a
chair (great for when you are in an office job or travelling), against a wall, in a doorway, in your
kitchen!

This course is perfect for you if…
– You’re over feeling stiff, pain, heaviness in your body and don’t want to have to reach for the
painkillers so often
– You’re not sleeping well because you just can’t get comfortable
– You want to bring some more movement and activity into your weekly routine but are not
ready for Pilates
– Maybe you are an athlete or weight lifter and have reached limitations in your performance
– You have a physically demanding job and are looking to release some tension.

Functional breathwork being paramount for functional movement, functional mobility to enable correct muscle activation and alignment in Pilates, Pilates exercises to strengthen our core and improve posture, then deep stretching to enhance recovery and flexibility and Yoga Nidra providing the mindful break that everyone can benefit from. I have worked as an Athletics coach, English Teacher and Dive Instructor as part of my journey, now fully qualified in Breathwork, Functional Mobility, Matwork Pilates and Yoga Nidra Meditation, teaching is something I absolutely love. Combine this love with a tonne of patience, good sense of humour, passion for helping people and a splash of creativity, my sessions are a winning combination of movement and rest for total wellbeing.
