(Breathwork – Mobility – Pilates – Stretch – Meditation)

These classes are designed to develop your total wellbeing, with each class including
practices to balance your mind, revitalise muscles and joints and sculpt toned bodies. I will
guide you through all of your movements, coming round to help position you correctly so
you can get the most out of your class. Suitable for beginners and more advanced movers.

  • Posture, Core strength and Body Sculpt – Full body Pilates workout at the core of
    every class. Always with easier and harder options so you can progress the quality of
    your movement at your own pace. Benefit from personalised substitutions for
    different injuries or medical conditions.
  • Mind & body balance with either short guided Breathwork or Yoga Nidra Meditation
    practices in every class.
  • Muscle and Joint Vitality – Mobility to stabilise and strengthen joints and increase
    range of movement. Deep stretching to lengthen muscles and develop flexibility.

I am passionate about my clients feeling good from the inside out. Everything in a Full Body Pilates Experience is chosen for its proven scientific results. Functional breathwork being paramount for functional movement, functional mobility to enable correct muscle activation and alignment in Pilates, Pilates exercises to strengthen our core and improve posture, then deep stretching to enhance recovery and flexibility and Yoga Nidra providing the mindful break that everyone can benefit from. I have worked as an Athletics coach, English Teacher and Dive Instructor as part of my journey, now fully qualified in Breathwork, Functional Mobility, Matwork Pilates and Yoga Nidra Meditation, teaching is something I absolutely love. Combine this love with a tonne of patience, good sense of humour, passion for helping people and a splash of creativity, my sessions are a winning combination of movement and rest for total wellbeing.
