Ground work w Josh Mac
These grounding classes are group classes that allow participants to reconnect with their bodies, release stress and tension and move into a deeply relaxed state.
When we are grounded we are focused, balanced, and present with ourselves and others.
We will explore a range of somatic (body centred) techniques and exercises including mindful breathing, movement, vibration, sound and expression to deepen our awareness of our inner world and increase our sense of aliveness.
Each class will involve some stretching and light exercise so people of all ages and fitness levels are welcome. Everyone is free to choose how they participate in the class and the exercises.
