Wonderful for anyone managing an injury that restricts them in a regular class, someone wanting to try Yoga who has been in a break from physical exercise, anyone looking for techniques to manage anxiety or anyone who simply wants to practice Yoga in a less dynamic way. Classes start with breath work, followed by gentle postures and capped off with an extended restorative pose.
