CHALLENGE PILATES BOOTCAMP – 5 week course
A real wake up and shake up for the early birds of the world. Each 45 minute class of the week will
focus on a different muscle group.
1. Core and Abs
2. Booty & thighs
3. Upper back and Arms
This is going to be a higher intensity class using bodyweight resistance and some small Pilates
equipment to get a deep and spicy burn. As well as all our favourite Pilates classics, this course will
also incorporate some low-impact cardio moves such as slow mountain climbers and walking
burpees. From week 1 through to week 5 we will increase the intensity as you become fitter and
stronger.
Done early in the morning to take advantage of the cooler air and a fresh mind!
If you are looking to get your heart rate up, find some heat in your body and leave with an adrenalin
high – then this is the course for you!
