Bodysculpt Pilates Class
Bodysculpt classes are designed for those looking for a sweaty and satisfying Pilates workout full of
QUALITY movement. Each class with start with mobility sequences and flows then progress into our
Pilates workout. I will keep each class different – I like to keep things interesting �� Some examples
of what could be included are…..
– HiiT style workout, using the timer and really getting our heart rate up
– Movement progressions – starting with activation of muscle groups and then progressing
through different levels of exercises to increase the intensity until we finish off with a deep
burn exactly where we want it- Using props – Small Ball, Magic Circle, Booty Bands and Therabands to add some creativity
and extra challenge to your class. Some exercises actually become easier with the use of
these props!
– Classes that focus on specific muscle groups – such as a pure booty workout, full core focus
or upper body blast.
