Beginners Yoga 5 Week Course
Anita’s 30 years of personal yoga practice, 5 years teaching and continuing education in supporting the new and beginner yogi is inter-weaved into this 5 week journey.
The course intends to guide, support and motivate you towards a sustainable practice that encourages an interoceptive approach (“how do I feel?” “what do I notice?”).
The course will encourage you to find what feels right in your body and honour that.
The course will cover:
Foundational yoga postures that can be practiced as a stand alone focus or combined with other postures
How to use a number of yoga props to support your practice and allow you a comfortable experience and progressive gauge to your progress
Meditation and Breath Practices to support the postures and your whole health
Materials to support the duration of the course
A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to secure your place
