A Mindful Heart – A meditation course for self-compassion
Do you wish to live a more mindful life? One where kindness to yourself is more present than criticism? Are you ready to explore the most powerful form of ‘self-care’, self-compassion? Then this meditation course is just for you.
Join Meaghan, Registered Counsellor & Yoga and Meditation teacher for this 5 week exploration of Meditation, Breath-work, Mindfulness & kindness towards yourself.
This is a dip-your-toes in meditation course, where will will explore how mindfulness and self-compassion are two sides of the same coin.
Whether you are new or experienced to the practise of Meditation there will be something to be gained for anyone who is ready to be less at war with themselves.
When : Wednesday nights @ 6:15pm for 5 weeks starting 30th of August ending on September 20th
