5 Week Mind, Body & Pilates Bootcamp
Join Justines 5 week bootcamp, designed to develop your total wellbeing, with each class including practices to balance your mind, revitalise muscles and joints and sculpt toned bodies.
Posture, Core strength and Body Sculpt – Progressive Pilates, Pilates will be at the core of every bootcamp session. As we move through the weeks I will start to introduce fun pieces of equipment in creative ways. Always with easier and harder options so you can progress at your own pace. Benefit from personalised substitutions for different injuries.
Mind & body balance with either short guided Breathwork or Yoga Nidra Meditation practices in every class.
Muscle and Joint Vitality in every class – Mobility to stabilise and strengthen joints and increase range of movement. Deep stretching to lengthen muscles and develop flexibility.
Monday – Breathwork for focus, Pilates & Deep Stretch
Tuesday – Mobility, Pilates & Yoga Nidra Meditation
Thursday – Mobility & Pilates & Breathwork for recovery
Friday – Pilates, Deep Stretch & Yoga Nidra Meditation

A little note from Justine “I am really looking forward to running this 5 week bootcamp. Working with the same clients and being able to see the progression from week to week drives my passion as a teacher.
